These two high-rise residential towers redefine modern living with a bold architectural character. the first tower blends warm brick textures with sleek white framing, creating a refined and elegant street presence. it employs a modular facade system with rcc framing, recessed balconies, and brick cladding panels integrated for shading and thermal performance. the second tower stands out with its dramatic sculpted facade, fluid vertical forms, and premium glass detailing. the tower uses a sculptural envelope with vertical fins acting as secondary shading devices, combined with large glazing units to optimize daylighting. both towers are anchored on a g+2 multi-level podium accommodating commercial activities, with a landscaped roof terrace providing amenities and recreational facilities.
