Twin high-rise residential towers. the development comprises twin high-rise residential towers of 40 floors each, anchored on a g+5 multi-level podium, resulting in a total of 45 floors. the towers are unified by a series of structural sky-bridges that enhance lateral stability and create elevated amenity decks for residents.the facades are defined by repetitive vertical fins, continuous balcony projections, and high-performance glazing, enhancing visual rhythm, optimizing daylight, and reducing heat gain. strategic sky-bridge voids improve cross-ventilation, reduce wind loads, and contribute to the towers’ distinct architectural expression. the podium accommodates commercial activities, while its landscaped roof terrace provides amenities and recreational facilities, acting as a natural buffer above the parking levels. the centrally positioned tower cores minimize vertical circulation distances, ensuring ease of movement and structural efficiency.

Overall, the design emphasizes functional efficiency, structural resilience, and livable spaces, providing residents with safe, well-planned homes while creating a strong visual identity within the urban context.
