A refined high-rise composition defined by disciplined symmetry, articulated façade geometry, and integrated landscaped environments. conceived as a thoughtfully layered mixed-use development, the project balances vertical density with meaningful open spaces while reinforcing its presence within the urban fabric. the tower draws from a traditional façade vocabulary and rises elegantly from a richly detailed g+3 podium, where active commercial frontages along one edge animate the street, while integrated parking functions are carefully accommodated beyond. above the podium, 14 refined upper floors unfold with clarity and proportion. arched openings and layered terraces establish a welcoming, human-scaled base, while mid-level sky terraces provide visual relief and enhance natural ventilation. the overall form is unified through rhythmic proportions, recessed fenestration, and subtle classical detailing, resulting in a composed and enduring architectural expression.
