Project Brief

A compact contemporary mixed-use building designed with a strong vertical character. the ground floor features a fully glazed commercial frontage, improving visibility and creating an active connection with the street. The upper floors are articulated through projecting balconies, framed windows and contrasting facade panels. Bold red horizontal bands visually divide the building levels, while white vertical fins unify the elevation and emphasize its height. The combination of grey cladding, warm wood-toned panels, glass railings and integrated signage gives the building a distinctive modern identity.
