Project Brief

A residential development shaped around a prominent, transparent entrance lobby that gives the complex a welcoming identity. The upper floors step back into a series of terraces and balconies, reducing the visual bulk of the structure while offering generous outdoor spaces. Tall peach-coloured frames mark the corners and staircase zones, while timber-finish fins and horizontal canopies add warmth. The balanced arrangement of glazing, balconies and landscaped frontage creates a comfortable, contemporary residential environment.
