Project Brief

A residential apartment articulated through offset volumes that give the elevation a lively, three-dimensional character. Large ochre frames highlight the outer bays, while a recessed grey core forms the visual centre of the façade. Continuous white balcony bands connect the composition and provide shaded outdoor spaces for the residences. Horizontal grooves, projecting window surrounds and slim metal railings add scale and detail, while the open ground floor accommodates convenient stilt parking.
