Project Brief

A compact single-storey residence designed with a clean, contemporary character. The sloping roof profiles create a distinctive silhouette, while the elevated central roof element supports ventilation and brings additional height to the interior spaces. A lightweight pergola defines the covered entrance and car porch without visually overpowering the house. The warm yellow facade, white framing and dark louvred panels create a balanced contrast, while the low compound wall and integrated landscaping maintain openness and strengthen the home’s connection with the street.
