Project Brief

A premium residential building expressed through sweeping horizontal slabs and wraparound balconies that give each floor a spacious, villa-like character. Bold red-brown balcony boxes punctuate the lighter facade, while beige stone finishes and timber-toned vertical fins introduce warmth. Metal screens and patterned panels provide shade and privacy without restricting ventilation. The recessed stilt floor visually lifts the residential mass, making the upper volumes appear lighter and more prominent.
