Project Brief

A mid-rise residential building defined by a slender form and strong vertical emphasis. Two full-height fins frame the recessed balconies, while timber-toned louvres screen the inner edges and introduce warmth to the elevation. Broad balcony bands create a steady horizontal rhythm and provide shaded outdoor spaces for each apartment. The side façade is treated with deep window frames that reduce its visual plainness. A rooftop pergola completes the composition, while the open stilt floor accommodates parking and keeps the residential mass visually elevated.
