Project Brief

This mixed-use development presents a calm, functional residential character with neighbourhood-scale retail integrated at street level. Deeply recessed balconies form the building’s primary architectural feature, creating shaded outdoor spaces and supporting climate-responsive living. The elevation relies on solid-and-void composition rather than decorative treatment, with projecting balcony boxes, vertical recesses and contrasting metal railings adding depth. A muted palette of off-white and warm grey gives the building an understated appearance, while the landscaped boundary softens its relationship with the road.
