Project Brief

Silver touch is a mid-rise residential development planned as a pair of connected wings within an open landscaped plot. The elevation is shaped by continuous window bands, projecting balcony bays and a dark central vertical spine that marks the circulation core. Repeated white frames establish a disciplined façade rhythm, while subtle red-brown accents add contrast and visual identity. Stilt-level parking keeps the ground plane open, and the landscaped entrance gateway creates a clear transition from the main road into the residential precinct.
